WELCOME

to issue 14 of the magazine. We were exceptionally busy over this lockdown, and the magazine took a back seat for a while. Now the country is unlocking, and we are headed out again; the mag will be back on its normal monthly schedule.

This month we’ve got a couple of great travel stories for you, we have a motorhome tour of Spain and another to Scandinavia. We also have a member’s experience of payload issues when buying their van.

We are creating our ‘Motorhome Guide Book’

During lockdown we have been developing an online Guide Book, where members are giving us their local knowledge about places all over the UK and Europe. If you know some hidden gems from your area, please let us know about them. It might be a campsite, or CL, maybe a really pleasant restaurant, a must see view or place, a great walk or cycle ride or a welcoming pub. You can find a link to the guide on the forum main menu; do check it out.

Motorhome Consumer Association

We are also in the process of setting up the Motorhome Consumer Association. While we here at Motorhome fun are helping it get up and running, it will be totally independent of MotorhomeFun. It will have its own committee and set its own direction with the primary aim of being a self-supporting voice for motorhome owners. You can join the MCA and www.themca.com today.
